Synopsis
James May thinks modern man needs saving. Thirty years ago men were a resourceful, practical and dependable band of brothers but today they are a pale imitation of the men of yesteryear. From his Man Lab HQ, James and his team set out on a series of action-packed challenges that will help modern man relearn some of the vital skills, such as diffusing a WW1 bomb, navigating without the aid of sat nav, constructing flat pack furniture in under an hour, serenading a potential date, and capturing a field full of bulls on heat and loading them onto a lorry.
