Paul has overall responsibility for the Hat Trick Group's Legal and Commerical Affairs. He advises on production finance and distribution deals, all production-related legal and compliance issues, the exploitation of UK DVD and publishing and company legal matters in general.
Paul joined Hat Trick in the Autumn of 2000 as Legal and Business Affairs Manager and was made Head of Department at the beginning of 2004. He joined the full Group Board in 2009. Prior to joining he worked as in-house counsel for SBS in Australia and also in London and Sydney for an international law firm.
